Terms of Service
The licence you get when you buy or play one of our games.
Last updated · Mishti World
These terms govern your use of games, software and websites published by Mishti World (“we”, “us”). By installing, buying or playing one of our games, you agree to them.
1. Store terms come first
Our games are distributed through third-party stores such as the Meta Horizon Store and Google Play, and through our own websites. When you obtain a game from a store, that store’s terms of sale govern the transaction, including payment, delivery, refunds and account matters. Nothing here overrides the rights that store gives you, or your rights under applicable consumer law.
2. Licence
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control.
3. What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sub-license or publicly perform the game, except as your store or applicable law expressly permits;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notice, credit or attribution;
- modify the game to cheat, or distribute modified builds;
- extract our art, audio, models or code for use in other products.
4. Content creation
You may record, stream and monetise video of our games on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, including with advertising or channel revenue. We ask that you name the game and do not imply that we sponsor or endorse your channel. This permission covers video only — it is not a licence to redistribute the game itself or its assets.
5. Third-party content in our games
Some assets in our games are licensed from third parties, and some are used under open licences that require attribution. Those attributions are listed on our Attributions page and are reproduced in-game. Your licence to those assets is limited to their use as part of the game.
6. Health and safety
Virtual reality involves physical movement. Play in a clear space, follow the safety guidance and boundary system provided by your headset manufacturer, and stop if you feel discomfort, nausea, eye strain or fatigue. Some people may experience motion sickness, dizziness or seizures triggered by flashing lights. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, elderly, have a heart condition, or have a history of epilepsy or seizures.
Our games involve swinging your arms. Make sure you have room, keep bystanders clear, and secure your controller straps.
7. Availability
We may update, change or discontinue a game, a feature or a website at any time. Free WebXR builds are provided as-is and may be taken offline. We are not obliged to maintain any online service.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Our games and websites are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable rights as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in our games, including the Fast Cricket name, logos, art and code, remain ours or our licensors’. Real match facts referenced in our History Challenges are historical information; our games carry no team logos, kits, or player likenesses, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any cricket board, team, competition or player.
10. Termination
This licence ends if you materially breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the game. Refunds after termination are governed by your store’s policy — see Refunds.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there where the law allows.
