Privacy Policy

Mishti World (“we”, “us”) makes virtual-reality and WebXR games. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use our games, our WebXR builds, and this website.

The short version: our games do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. They have no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

1. Who is responsible

Mishti World is the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@mishti.world.

2. Our headset games

Our downloadable headset games — including Fast Cricket VR — run fully offline.

• They make no network requests of any kind.
• All progress (settings, career statistics, records, unlock progress) is written to local device storage on your headset and never leaves it.
• We receive none of it. We cannot see your scores.
• There are no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising identifiers, and no crash or analytics SDKs.

Uninstalling the game removes this local data. Clearing the app’s storage from your headset’s system settings also clears it.

3. Our WebXR games

Our browser-playable builds — Fast Cricket Legacy (cricket.mishti.world) and French Cricket (french.mishti.world) — are static websites.

• Game settings and scores are stored in your browser’s localStorage, on your device only.
• We run no analytics and no tracking scripts on them.
• Because they are delivered over the internet, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data — see section 4.

Clearing your browser’s site data for those domains erases everything they have stored.

4. This website and hosting

This website and our WebXR games are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes limited technical information necessary to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. This is standard server-log and security processing performed by our hosting provider; we do not use it to build profiles, and we do not combine it with any other information.

We do not set advertising cookies and do not operate analytics on this site. See our Cookie Policy.

5. Purchases

If you buy one of our games, the purchase is handled entirely by the store you bought it from — for example the Meta Horizon Store or Google Play. Those stores process your payment and your account details under their own privacy policies, not this one. We never receive your payment-card details or your store account credentials.

We may receive from a store aggregated, non-identifying commercial reporting (for example: total units sold in a country). This does not identify you.

6. Children

Our games are suitable for general audiences and are rated accordingly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because our games collect nothing, there is no children’s data for us to hold. See our Child Safety statement.

Please note that VR hardware makers set their own minimum age requirements for headset use.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Relevant laws include the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Because we do not hold personal data about you, in most cases there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase — but you are welcome to contact contact@mishti.world and we will respond.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have.

8. Data retention

We do not maintain a user database. Hosting logs held by our provider are retained only for the period set by that provider for operational and security purposes.

9. International transfers

Our hosting provider operates a global network, so requests may be served from, and technical log data processed in, a country other than your own. Safeguards for such transfers are handled under our hosting provider’s data-processing terms.

10. Changes

If we materially change how we handle information — for example if a future title adds online features — we will update this page and change the date below before that change takes effect.
