Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from — here is how to reach each one.

We want you to enjoy the game. If it is not for you, you should be able to get your money back without an argument.
1. Refunds go through your store
We do not sell games directly and we never take your payment, so we cannot issue a refund ourselves. Every purchase is made from a third-party store, and that store processes refunds under its own policy.
| Where you bought it | How to request a refund |
|---|---|
| Meta Horizon Store | Meta account → Settings → Purchase History → Request Refund, or via Meta Support |
| Google Play | Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history |
| Steam | Steam client → Help → Steam Support → Purchases |
| Pico Store | Pico account order history, or Pico customer support |
| itch.io | Contact us and we will action it with itch.io |
Stores generally apply their own eligibility window and a limit on how long the game has been played. Check the current policy of your store — the terms are theirs, not ours.
2. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law. In some regions — including the EU and UK — you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase, subject to conditions relating to whether download or streaming has begun. Those rights apply regardless of a store’s own policy.
3. Free games
Our WebXR builds are free. There is nothing to refund.
4. If a store refuses and you think that is wrong
Email contact@mishti.world with your store, your order reference and what happened. We cannot overrule a store’s decision, but we will look into it and advocate for you where we reasonably can.
