Refund Policy
Fast Cricket VR is sold on the Meta Horizon Store, and Meta handles the refund — here is how to ask.

We want you to enjoy the game. If it is not for you, you should be able to get your money back without a fight — this page tells you exactly where to ask.
1. Where our games are sold
We sell one paid game: Fast Cricket VR, on the Meta Horizon Store for Meta Quest. Our WebXR builds are free.
We do not sell games directly and we never take your payment. When you buy Fast Cricket VR, Meta is the seller and Meta processes the refund under its own policy, so we cannot issue a refund ourselves.
| What you have | How refunds work |
|---|---|
| Fast Cricket VR — bought on the Meta Horizon Store | Meta issues the refund. Request it from Meta — see section 2. |
| Our WebXR builds — played in a browser, such as Fast Cricket Legacy | Free to play. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. |
Those are the only places our games are available. We are not listed on any other storefront. If you see one of our games being sold somewhere else, it is not us — please tell us at contact@mishti.world.
2. How to request a refund from Meta
Meta takes refund requests from your purchase history on meta.com, in the Meta Horizon mobile app, and in your headset. Meta’s own pages are the authority on the steps and the terms:
- Refunds for apps and games purchased on Meta Horizon Store — Meta’s step-by-step guide
- Meta Quest Content Refund Policy — the policy the decision is made under
Meta applies its own eligibility window, a limit on how long you have played before you ask, and exclusions such as in-app purchases. Those terms are Meta’s, not ours, and Meta can change them — the pages above are always the current version, so check them rather than relying on a summary here.
3. Free games
Our WebXR builds, including Fast Cricket Legacy, are free to play in a browser. There is nothing to pay, so there is nothing to refund.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law. In some regions — including the EU and UK — you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase, subject to conditions relating to whether download or streaming has begun. Those rights apply regardless of a store’s own policy.
5. If Meta refuses and you think that is wrong
Email contact@mishti.world with your Meta order reference and what happened. We cannot overrule Meta’s decision and we cannot refund you ourselves, but we will look into it and put your case to Meta where we reasonably can.
